Mr Muhrozi is an expert on Geotechnical Engineering from Diponegoro University. He has 35 years experience from many projects. Geotechnical problems such as slope stability, settlements, ground improvement, foundation design and cut and fill have been done with appropriate solution. One of his experience is design reinforcement 61 meter height of excavation on Semarang-Bawen Toll Road. Another innovation has been done on SUTET (High Voltage Transmission Line) which lies on muddy area with very poor earing capacity.

Now, He is also an advisor on many Toll Road Projects such as Sem rang-Bawen, Semarang-Batang, Trans Sumatera, and Balikpapan. He is a member of Indonesian Geotechnical Society (HATTI).
